Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the jk44 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at jk44.io and any subdomain thereof.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account with jk44 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification on jk44.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players before withdrawal of funds.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software system used by third-party game studios to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency of the jk44 Platform.
• "VIP Programme" means the jk44 Black Diamond multi-tier loyalty system through which Players accumulate points and unlock enhanced benefits.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jk44 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing as a guest, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted through your Account, including but not limited to: casino gameplay, sports betting, live dealer participation, bonus claims, tournament entry, VIP Programme participation, and all financial transactions.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a business entity or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions. However, jk44 accounts are strictly personal and may not be used for commercial, corporate, or institutional gambling purposes.

03 Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the jk44 Platform in any capacity. jk44 enforces this age restriction strictly through KYC verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including winnings.

Geographic Eligibility

The jk44 Platform is operated for and marketed to adults in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. jk44 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account on jk44 only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited at jk44's sole discretion.

Disqualifying Circumstances

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on jk44:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of jk44 or any affiliated entity, including immediate family members of such individuals.
• Persons who have self-excluded from the jk44 Platform or any affiliated platform and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Persons whose Accounts have been previously suspended or permanently closed by jk44 for any breach of these Terms.
• Persons acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, any third party to exploit bonuses, promotions, or the Platform in a commercially organised manner.

04 Account Registration

Registration Process

To access the full functionality of jk44, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and your own. jk44 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jk44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

In the event that you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify jk44 support immediately at [email protected]. jk44 will investigate and take appropriate action to secure the Account.

KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to KYC verification. jk44 may request identity documents at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time during the lifecycle of your Account. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to Account closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All financial transactions on jk44 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Any funds deposited in a different currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate differences are not refundable.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. jk44 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. In cases of payment system delays beyond jk44's control, processing may take longer. jk44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

jk44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the Account and that are registered in the same name as the jk44 Account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but jk44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of KYC clearance.

jk44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during such reviews.

Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jk44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to inactive Account balances after this period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied, and the Account can be reactivated at any time by logging in.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

jk44 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific promotion terms and agree to be bound by them. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement means you must place real-money bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before a withdrawal can be processed. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower percentage, and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Always refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution rates.

Bonus Abuse

jk44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions in a systematic manner.

Where jk44 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and report the activity to relevant financial crime prevention bodies.

Promotion Changes

jk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently subject to active wagering requirements, except in cases of fraud or terms breach.

07 Gaming Rules

Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the jk44 Platform may vary from time to time. jk44 reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend any game without prior notice. No compensation will be payable in respect of games that are removed from the Platform.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault, all affected bets and results may be declared void at jk44's sole discretion. jk44 will make all reasonable efforts to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly and to treat all affected Players equitably. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable system malfunction are not payable.

Bet Acceptance

jk44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: a bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, a technical error has affected odds or payout calculations, or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the wager.

Sports Betting Markets

Live in-play sports betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets placed at the moment odds are being updated may be accepted at new odds or voided, depending on the specific market rules. Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the specific sporting event rules as published on the Platform at the time of betting.

RNG Certification

All casino games available on jk44 — including slots, table games, and crash games — use certified RNG systems supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jk44.
• Operating more than one Account, whether in your own name, a false identity, or via shared devices or network addresses.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other program or tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage or generate winnings that would not ordinarily be achievable.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Laundering money or using jk44 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services or bonuses from jk44.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jk44 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jk44 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software code, game interfaces (excluding third-party game content), and the jk44 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of jk44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use the jk44 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Third-party game content supplied by studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jk44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering outcomes, regardless of whether a malfunction, technical error, or human error was involved.
• Interruptions to service availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond jk44's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account information, or gaming history arising from system failures or external attacks.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner banks.
• Any decision made by jk44 to refuse, limit, or void a wager in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jk44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The jk44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jk44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

jk44 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is available at jk44.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

jk44 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. All personal data is stored on secured servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only on a need-to-know basis.

jk44 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where legally required or operationally necessary to provide the Platform services.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

Termination by the Player

Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure at your request.

Suspension or Termination by jk44

jk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other stage.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
• Any behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Players, or its staff.

In cases of Account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jk44 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real-money funds — pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the jk44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13 above.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at jk44.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jk44 operates as a platform providing online gaming and sports betting services to the Bangladesh market.

In the event of any dispute between you and jk44, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. jk44 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith through direct communication wherever possible.

jk44 does not recognise the jurisdiction of any third-party dispute resolution service that has not been agreed in writing by jk44 in advance. Any formal legal proceedings must be initiated only after the internal dispute resolution process has been fully exhausted.
